Leadership means taking responsibility for your community -it's about improving people's lives through volunteer and financial commitments. Leadership is also an opportunity to share and grow as well as connect with other leaders. Young Leaders Society of United Way Silicon Valley provides the opportunity for you to join a network of young people who care about their community.

Criteria:
- Be 45 years of age or younger
- Be a leadership giver - contributing $1,000 annually or make a Fast Track commitment of $500, $750, and $1,000 over three concurrent years
