Jessica Rink has been with Bank of America since  August 2007. Currently she works as a CSR Market Specialist. In this role, she helps manage aspects of local philanthropic giving, community relations, sponsorships, associate engagement and special campaigns like the annual United Way Silicon Valley workplace giving campaign. Jessica also champions local market employee volunteer initiatives.

Bank of America's goal is to set opportunity in motion for local communities, through philanthropy, investments, volunteerism and more.

Bank of America associates are committed to the community and have demonstrated their commitment by increasing their United Way Silicon Valley giving campaign contributions year over year. In 2008, Bank of America employee contributions totaled $55,697.33, and in 2009 local employees contributed $111,113.75. During the 2010 campaign, associates contributed $120,728.05, representing a 117% increase since 2008.

"Part of my role as a Market Specialist includes managing the overall annual United Way Silicon Valley giving campaign. One thing I’ve noticed, and a fact that I’m quite inspired by, is that during these particularly difficult economic times our associates have given more each year--more of their time, more of their resources, and more of their advocacy.
