The 2012 Santa Clara County Community Assessment was a journey to conduct a new community assessment, a process to inform many critical elements of the community-building efforts of community-focused institutions and organizations. We brought together a diverse group of stakeholders to think strategically and take a leadership role in prioritizing the recommendations and findings -- in order to benefit the greater Silicon Valley community. www.scc-cap.org
