PRINCIPAL GIFTS OFFICER

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Resource Development, the Principal Gifts Officer works closely with the organization's staff and volunteer leadership to identify, develop, cultivate, solicit and enhance relationships with current and prospective donors that have the capacity to give transformational gifts (donations of six figures or more). The Principal Gifts Officer will be responsible annually for the delivery of increased revenue from an existing portfolio of donors and new revenue from a pipeline of Major/Principal Gifts prospects. Additionally, the Principal Gifts Officer will be responsible for the development, execution and growth of an Innovation Fund designed to grow Principal Gift donations to support new and innovation approaches, processes and tools to accelerate organizational progress toward the achievement of its goals aligned to its mission.
