United Way Silicon Valley is working with elementary schools in East San Jose neighborhoods to ensure early learning success and strengthen families. During the holiday season, with the support from individuals and companies, we will provide every child enrolled at four schools in this neighborhood with their holiday gift wish and a book to advance their reading skills. We will also provide gifts for the younger siblings who are not yet enrolled in school.
Volunteer support is needed to sort, organize and distribute the gifts to the kids and families. All available shifts are listed below. To register, please contact Alisha Rodrigues.
